Complaints
We take complaints about our work, staff and level of service very seriously. If your not satisfied be follow the below process to make a formal complaint.
Either email us using the address complaints@einfinity.co.uk or fill in the form at the bottom of the page.
Please include:-
- Your name and business name
- The service your complaint relates too
- A clear, detailed description of what your complaint is about
- Any recent correspondence you've had in relation to your complaint
When we received your complaint we will immediately issue your with an acknowledgement of receipt (providing you have provided a valid email address) as well as a complaint reference number.
One of our senior management team will investigate your complaint and respond to your directly within 5 business days.
Abusive or Malicious Content
If you believe that a service that we have provided is being used for abusive or malicious content. Please email us using the email address abuse@einfinity.co.uk
