Mollie joined the team in 2019 after graduating with a First Class degree in Marketing from the University of Middlesex London. Since then, she has become a key part of the agency, specialising in PPC and playing an important role in delivering strong, measurable results for clients.

With a particular passion for conversion rate optimisation, Mollie focuses not just on driving traffic, but on making sure that traffic converts. From refining campaign structures to testing ad copy and improving landing page performance, she’s always looking for ways to maximise efficiency and return on investment.

Mollie takes a data-driven yet creative approach to her work, combining analytical thinking with a clear understanding of what motivates users to take action.

Outside of work, Mollie is a self-confessed foodie. She enjoys cooking, eating out, and exploring new cuisines; especially when travelling and experiencing different cultures through food.
